Quick Answers

Common Questions

How soon can we start?

After your initial consultation, we typically schedule first session within 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer sliding-scale pricing?

Yes. We are committed to making RPM accessible. Please mention your situation in the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What age do you work with?

We work with learners of all ages — for Early Intervention (1–3 yrs) and for Other services (3+ yrs).

What is a Family Consultation?

A Family Consultation is a collaborative session where we sit down with parents and caregivers to understand your child's unique needs and co-create a personalized plan. We focus on setting realistic, meaningful developmental and behavioral goals that align with your family's day-to-day life.

What kinds of developmental goals do you work on?

We work on a wide range of goals including communication milestones, social-emotional development, daily living skills, attention and regulation, and academic readiness — all tailored to your child's current stage and potential.

How are behavioral goals set during a consultation?

We take a strengths-based approach. Rather than focusing solely on reducing challenging behaviors, we identify the underlying communication or sensory needs driving them and set goals that build skills, independence, and confidence in their place.

How often should we schedule a Family Consultation?

We typically recommend starting with an initial consultation to establish goals, then follow-up sessions monthly or as needed to review progress, adjust strategies, and address new challenges as they arise.
