NurtureNeurodiverse provides RPM-based educational and communication support services, including individual sessions, parent training, school consultation, and related programmes. Our services are delivered by certified practitioners.

All services are provided for educational and supportive purposes. We are not a medical provider and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and any applicable deposit. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. We understand that emergencies happen and will always work with families compassionately.

Payment is due as outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Sliding-scale pricing is available — please discuss this with us during your consultation.

Fees are reviewed periodically. You will be given reasonable notice of any changes to pricing before they take effect.

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share information about you or your child without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Session notes and progress records are stored securely and accessible only to authorised members of our team and, upon request, to the family.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is the property of NurtureNeurodiverse and protected by applicable copyright law.

Free resources made available for download may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

NurtureNeurodiverse provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any individual. Results vary based on many factors unique to each learner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NurtureNeurodiverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
